Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled), plus much more for work surface
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, reduce 1/2-inch pieces
- three to five tablespoons cold water
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small (1 1/2 cups)
- 4 medium carrots, diced small (2 cups)
- 2 garlic clove cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (15 ounces)
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
